    1. I recently followed the Marie Kondo s to purge my place. During the process I realized I felt better, lighter, happier! And surprisingly I lost weight!Minimalism came to me and the book of Mr Sasaki takes me to the next step that I want to embrace! It's his experience and also his reflections about our society, our daily life, our habits!By having less (possessions, clutter, duties, toxic relations), I have more (time, quality, joy, focus)! Thank you for writing and sharing your experience!

    5. Sometimes, the book seems to be a collection of thoughts put on a blog, and I think it can be 50 or 80 pages thinner, but anyway, it was really interesting and useful.I'm grateful to the author.

    8. Lots of references to celebrities'actions and quotes. This book is a guide to the author's experience, and his japaneese point of you is so relevant as zen inspiration is part of culture. Easy and nice to read. I recommand it !
