    1. I purchased this item and one other similar book and had them shipped to a friend who wanted some Native designs she could use in her quilts. All I can say is that she called and told me they arrived and that she loved both of them. If she's happy, I'm happy. :)

    2. This book is half filled with images, none of which have any descriptions as to which tribe the graphics are from. I am very dissapointed because this book is useless to me as an art teacher. If you want a good book on Tribal designs and motifs, check out another resource by Dover, titled, 'Ready-to-Use North American Indian Motifs.' It has 10 x's more graphics and each image is explained as far as tribe and geographical region.

    3. May not be the best book on American Indian design, however, it meet my needs. I wanted to copy a few designs to put on some leather work for my motorcycle.
